have a small meal every 3-4 hours to prevent hunger and maintain energy
a healthy breakfast: the smart way to begin your day
eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables (they are high in fiber and will give you plenty of energy
cut out the soda and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday
take a multavitamin (even the healthiest of eaters usually fail to get the recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals)
cooking 5-star meals 7 days a week is not easy; let's face it; it's almost impossible. In fact, we are so busy that we eat over 1/3 of our meals away from home. so, when eating out, try to make the best choices possible, like avoiding the all-you-can-eat buffets and fast food meals (hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken, etc), if you choose to have any of these, please, don't super size it.
